Q. How do I earn F.E. Perks?
A. Present your F.E. Perks card when you purchase qualifying items at FAMILY EXPRESS and the
corresponding cents-off-per-gallon perks will be automatically posted to your account. Each
qualifying item has its own perk level. The minimum perk is one cent-per-gallon. Certain items may be excluded by law.
Q. Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
A. No. There is no limit to the dollar amount you can earn with F.E. Perks.
Q. How do I keep track of my balance?
A. That’s easy. Just log on to FEPERKS.com and enter your member number and PIN to access your account balance information. If you are not near a computer, call toll-free 1-800-586-0789.
Q. What if I lose my card?
A. Please do the following: obtain a new card from any Family Express store, email your full name, NEW card number and if possible, your OLD number to: feperks-support@familyexpress.com As long as your card is registered we can determine if there is a balance and transfer it over to the NEW one. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the balance that was on the old card will still be there when we get the old and new numbers.
Q. How do I use my cards?
A. When you join F.E. Perks you will receive a F.E. Perks card. When you make a purchase to earn your perks, use the magnetic stripe card to redeem your perks each time you purchase fuel. Helpful hint: Some people keep their F.E. Perks card in their vehicle so that it is always available when they
fill-up.
Q. Are all fuels included?
A. Yes. With F.E. Perks all grades of gasoline plus diesel and E85 are eligible for earned, cents-off-per gallon perks. The maximum redemption is limited to 15 gallons per fill-up.
Q. How long are my perks good for?
A. Your F.E. Perks are good for 30 days from the date you earn them. They must be redeemed during that 30-day period. Helpful hint: Most people redeem their perks every time they fill up so that they will never lose perks due to expiration.
